Dexter
Chief Water Paw-tester & Cuddle Seeker
As Apawrel’s go-to gear tester for all things adventure-ready, Dexter brings a unique set of skills. A Maltese-Cavalier-Poodle mix with soft Blenheim-colored curls, Dexter is an explorer at heart who enjoys a lengthy game of fetch and will always offer hoomans a toy to share.
Dexter’s true love? Water. If there’s a puddle, lake, river, or muddy patch nearby, he’ll find it. Known for his impressive underwater nose-dives in search of hidden treasures, he puts every piece of Apawrel gear through the ultimate splash, soak, and shake test.
While he enjoys a good zoomie, Dexter is more of a smoocher than a sprinter. He’s happiest trailing his hooman everywhere. A gentle old soul Dexter is considerate with food, offering gentle nibbles instead of snatching treats and can be found indulging in a post-adventure doggy cocktail - a Pawtini, Barkarita, or Pupsecco, paw-lease!
Dexter’s thoughtful nature makes him the paw-fect tester for comfort, practicality, and ease of use. If it doesn’t fit right, stays soggy too long, or hinders his ability to sniff out mischief, it’s back to the drawing board! Whether it’s hiking, exploring, or braving Melbourne’s ever-changing weather, Dexter ensures every Apawrel design is ready for adventure, rain or shine.

Chief Safety Paw-tester & Mischief Maker
Don’t be fooled by her tiny size—Storm is a force to be reckoned with! As Apawrel’s official Chief Paw-tester, she takes her job very seriously, putting every prototype through its paces to ensure it’s snug but never restrictive, stylish but always practical, and tough enough for zoomies, rough play, and stubborn standoffs.
A Yorkshire Terrier with a cheeky, mysterious, and stubborn personality, Storm believes that good dogwear should allow for ultimate freedom - whether that’s sprinting at top speed, wrestling with her big brother Dexter, or evading the dreaded bath time.
With her scrappy determination, expert-level wiggle skills, and a sixth sense for finding the coziest nap spots, she’s the paw-fect fit-check expert.
If a design can handle Storm’s high-energy antics, fearless attitude, and selective taste, you can bet it’s ready for the world. Only the best make it past her final paw-approval!

Meet Jessie, the pint-sized poodle powerhouse with boundless energy and sass!
This apricot Toy Poodle is known for her acrobatic parkour skills, zipping up and down the hall, darting through the doggy door for free backyard runs, and perfecting her high-flying jumps on and off the couch. Fetch? Sure... but only if it ends with a parade around the house, rope toy held high like a trophy!
Jessie may have been dubbed the Ariana Grande of her litter for her dainty frame and diva-like charm, but don’t let her sleek, stylish look fool you—she’s got a playful streak a mile wide. Whether she’s cheekily teasing Storm and Dexter or cozying up for post-play naps, Jessie’s personality is as bold as her fashion choices.
