From time to time, Apawrel may offer promotions, gift cards, and giveaways. The following terms and conditions of use are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

INTRODUCTION 

Apawrel is a pet apparel business in Australia, and our purpose is to lead the way in sustainable apparel, ensuring every pet can have fetching digs without costing the earth. 

The Apawrel website is owned and operated by Apawrel, ABN 32 296 045 373 (referred to as Apawrel, the Site, we, us, or our).

APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The Apawrel Promotion, Giveaway, and Gift Card terms and conditions (the Terms, the T&Cs, Terms of Use) must be read in conjunction with the Apawrel Website and Trading Terms and Conditions and the Apawrel Privacy Policy. 

 

Gift Card Terms and Conditions 

Apawrel (Purchased) Gift Card Terms & Conditions 

• Validity: Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. 

• Redemption: Redeemable exclusively at apawrel.com.au for any products available online. 

• Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, or refunded. 

• Partial Use: If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method. If the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will remain on the card until expiry. 

• Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. 

• Fees: No activation, account keeping, or balance enquiry fees apply. 

• Expiry Date: The expiry date is clearly stated on the gift card. 

• Compliance: These terms comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Apawrel Promotional (Giveaway) Gift Card Terms & Conditions 

• Promotional Use Only: This gift card is issued as part of a promotional campaign and is not for resale. 

• Validity: Valid for 14 days from the date of issue. 

• Redemption: Redeemable exclusively at apawrel.com.au for selected products as specified in the promotion. 

• Non-Transferable: Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. 

• Restrictions: Offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Apawrel Welcome Offer or redeemed against prior purchases. 

• Single Use: Must be used in a single transaction. Any remaining balance will be forfeited. 

• Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen promotional gift cards will not be replaced. 

• Compliance: These terms comply with the Australian Consumer Law and relevant promotional guidelines.

"Love At First Sniff" Bandana Gifting Campaign 

We believe in love at first sight. And sometimes, it starts with a wag, a sniff, or a nose boop. 

 

Here’s how it works: 

When we’re out and about, we might just fall head over paws for a pup who catches our eye — maybe it’s their style, their tail wag, their sparkle of mischief, or just good ol’ manners. If that happens, your dog might be gifted a one-of-a-kind Apawrel bandana as a token of our instant affection. Think of it as our version of a spontaneous doggy “thank you.” 

 

By accepting the bandana, you agree to the following: 

• You’re giving us permission to take photos or videos of your pup at the time of gifting. 

• Apawrel has the right to use the content (photo/video) on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials. 

• You agree to tag us on Instagram and Facebook at @apawrel.official and use the hashtag #LoveApawrel when sharing your pup’s moment in the spotlight. 

• You agree to Apawrel tagging you on Instagram and/or Facebook when we share your pup’s moment in the spotlight. 

• This isn’t a game of skill or chance — it’s pure, spontaneous love. We’re not running a contest, just spreading kindness (and cuteness). 

• We may use your dog’s name and image publicly in line with our brand, and by accepting the gift, you acknowledge this use. 

• Gifts are non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash or other products. 

• Limit of one gifted item per dog per campaign duration. 

 

Additional Terms and Conditions Applicable in this Policy

• Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. 

• Modification of Terms: Apawrel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and updating the lasted updated date at the top of this page. 

• Cancellation and Termination: Apawrel reserves the right to cancel or terminate any promotion, giveaway, or gift card at its sole discretion without prior notice. In such cases, Apawrel will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the cancellation or termination. 

• Exclusions and Limitations: Gift cards and promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, or promotions unless otherwise stated. Certain products or services may be excluded from promotions and giveaways. 

• Customer Support and Contact Information: For any inquiries or issues regarding gift cards, promotions, or giveaways, please contact our customer support team at fetch@apawrel.com.au or via our contact form. 

• Privacy and Data Protection: Any personal information collected during the promotion, giveaway, or gift card issuance will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. 

• Eligibility Requirements: Promotions, giveaways, and gift cards are only available to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older. Employees of Apawrel and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

• Disclaimer of Liability: Apawrel is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use a gift card, or from participation in a promotion or giveaway. This includes, but is not limited to, lost or stolen gift cards.
